What should I do in order to play my Soccer game with a fractured toe?
I fractured my toe Friday and my soccer tournament starts Thursday. I know I just need to suck it up and play but what are some things I should do to temporaly ease the pain before the game?
You would need to brace it possibly but because it is fractured I would recommend checking with your doctor as well before trying to play.
