How do i loose fat off my entire body and also some muscle from my legs through Soccer training?
I have put on a lot of weight and also muscle, I need to loose alot of fat off my legs and also some muscle because my legs have too much muscle on them which slows me down alot. My stomach is really fat and I am very unfit. Anyone know of a good training program or tips to loose this?
