Having your child in a coaching school isn’t just about learning football skills. There are several things that your child could pick up as they learn and spend time in coaching lessons.
Fitness – While your child is in the coaching schemes they are out and about keeping fit. Learning different skills they have to keep practicing and so they are increasing their heart rate. Its also a good was of using up the child energy up and they aren’t bored sat at home. There is usually a match after training to put their new skills to the test and that is when the running around really happens.
Discipline – All kids growing up need a little discipline to help set them up for the rest of life. They have to learn that patience is sometimes needed and to work in a team. Its no good if one kid is a great player but can’t get on with the rest of team or work with them.
Social Interaction – A part of growing up is all about learning things and knowing how to deal with people. Its very healthy to get your child used to interacting with others. Working as a team is vital in football and learning to get on with others can help a great deal. You would not learn these social skills at home by themselves.
